M.S. in Administration with a focus in Leadership from Central Michigan University (in progress)
B.A. in Communications and Theatre Arts (with a focus in Dramaturgy and Technical Theatre) from Taylor University
My journey as a Dramaturg began when I was asked to step into the role for my University's production of Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard. My life would never be the same again. Not only did this opportunity spark my interest in Russian theatre, now a passion of mine, but it also was the first medium to allow me to use all of my talents and strengths in one place! It is a job that I will never get tired of doing. Since The Cherry Orchard, I have latched onto every opportunity available to enhance my skills and add to my repertoire. I am now a freelance Dramaturge in the Great Lakes Bay Region, while pursueing my Masters degree in Administrative Leadership from Central Michigan University.
