LMDA - Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy
LMDA is committed to providing a work environment in which all workers are treated with respect and dignity. Workplace violence and/or harassment will not be tolerated from any person in the workplace; including staff, volunteers (whether paid or unpaid), board members, executive, and members of the public regardless of immigration status, as applicable. This policy is one component of LMDA’s commitment to a discrimination-free work environment. Sexual harassment is against the law and all persons employed with or volunteering for LMDA have a legal right to a workplace free from sexual harassment.
