Born in 1980 in Tehran, Iran. I have a Master's Degree in Drama from Tehran University of Arts and am currently on my last year of graduate studies at California State University. I have interned at Center Theatre Group, in Los Angeles and have created and performed a puppet/one-woman show in Tehran from 2008 to 2014. I have also translated and published 3 theater-related books in Iran, one of which, "To Be a Playwright" is currently being taught at Iranian Universities.
