Biography
Theatre director, dramaturg, producer, and arts administrator based out of Washington, D.C. Trained in classical plays and new works. Attracted to epic stories told in intimate ways, capturing the resiliency of the human spirit and the poetry of everyday language.
Washington, D.C. directing credits include Osborn New Play Award winner PERFECT ARRANGEMENT (Source Festival; first play in Festival history to extend), DOMESTIC ANIMALS (Capital Fringe Festival), and WESTERN & 96TH (Theater Alliance Hothouse Series). This winter she will direct PREGGERS, OR PARENTHOOD FOR VIRGINS at The Catholic University of America. Other directing credits include AJAX; HENRY IV, PART I; HENRY IV, PART II; HENRY V; and THE WHITE DEVIL. Linda formerly served as the Artistic Associate and Literary Manager at Arena Stage, where she provided dramaturgical support for all productions and development workshops. Production dramaturgy credits at Arena include ALL THE WAY, GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER, and DISGRACED.
