Nichole is the executive director of the Rochester City Ballet but still consults with playwrights and reads for play competitions. She received her MFA in Dramaturgy from the University of Stony Brook in 1993. Theatres where she worked, in the literary departments and as a production dramaturg, include Playwrights Horizons, National Actors Theatre, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Syracuse University, Atlanta Ballet, Richmond Ballet and Hangar Theatre. Her longest tenure was at Syracuse Stage where she started as a reader in 2000 and ended as the Literary Manager in 2009. Nichole also taught theatre history, playwrighting, and ballet.
