I'm a dramaturg and director who moved back to Toronto in 2017 after more than a decade away. Most recently, I spent four years in the artistic department at Theatre Calgary, where I worked on production dramaturgy, new play development, season programming, and audience engagement. Other past positions include Resident Dramaturg at Dancers' Studio West in Calgary and Dramaturgy Fellow at American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.

At Theatre Calgary, I served as dramaturg or assistant director for several productions ranging from outdoor Shakespeare to movement-based creation to the world premiere of a new large-scale musical adaptation. I also directed new short plays in Sage Theatre's Ignite! Festival and was an active member of the Calgary theatre community, participating in workshops and play development activities with small companies. Now back in Toronto, I'm building my practice as an independent dramaturg and director while working in communications and member support for the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres.
