Literary Resident/Assistant Black Swan Lab Producer
Biography
Linnea is a playwright, dramaturg and essayist hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She holds a B.A. in English from Whitman College with minors in Gender Studies and Theatre.
She is currently the FAIR Literary Resident at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She is also the Assistant Producer for the Festival’s new work development workshop, the Black Swan Lab, as well as their fourth annual Latinx Play Project. Earlier this season, Linnea was the assistant dramaturg and script coordinator for OSF’s groundbreaking production of Rodgers and Hammerstien's Oklahoma! cast with same sex couples. She was also the production script coordinator for OSF’s production of Love’s Labors Lost.
When not deep in the work at OSF, you can find Linnea on a hike; continuing work on her most recent play, Merrymount; or skyping with her 3 year-old puppy, Toona (and maybe her human partner, Dana).
