Emily Ernst (she/her) graduated in 2018 with a BFA in Drama (dramaturgy) at the Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She also studied professional writing with a focus in editing and publishing. Emily serves as a professional script supervisor for both film and events.
Professionally, Emily focuses on theatrical arts administration, literary management, and film script supervising. Emily is particularly drawn to stories of historical women who deserve to have their achievements recognized, even if it must be posthumous. Emily enjoys new play dramaturgy, Irish classical plays, and adaptations of novels or biographies.
Outside of theater, Emily likes to read nonfiction, watch Looney Tunes, and do the New York Times crossword.
