I am a alumnus of Penn State with a deep, voracious appetite for learning about and teaching playwriting and theatre history. While at Penn State I helped to foster the Tell Me a Story Playwriting Contest which became a testing ground for original student works produced throughout the year. I graduated with a BA in English from the University taking classes on the skills of literary interpretation, which I then combined with my background in acting to help me develop a practical dramaturgical process.
