Elise LaCroix is currently in the final year of her MA degree in the Drama Department at the University of Alberta, finishing her thesis that explores Canadian new work dramaturgy practices. Most recently she has worked as Production Dramaturge on Lady From the Sea, and Antigone at the U of A, held the position of Playwrights’ Unit Coordinator and Dramaturge for the New Works Festival in Edmonton, and is currently working as Literary Intern with Workshop West Playwrights' Theatre.
